Access Leasing Corporation



Access Leasing Corporation is a privately-held company that was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in California. Since its inception Access has made residual-oriented investments in equipment and real estate with an original cost of over two billion dollars. Access has also remarketed portfolios of leased equipment on behalf of institutional lessors.


Charles Kremer President		Charles Kremer, President, founded Access Leasing Corporation in July 1984. Prior to that, Mr. Kremer was President and Chief Operating Officer of PLM Financial Services, Inc., a publicly-held equipment leasing syndicator, which he joined in 1980. Mr. Kremer is also the President and CEO of DSLTester, Inc., a telecommunications testing company focused on the remote qualification of analog telephone lines to assess their capacity to receive DSL service. Mr. Kremer was also a founder in 1984 of Salestar, a telecommunications database provider, which was sold in December, 2000. Mr. Kremer is a Chartered Accountant.
Rick Levy Vice-President		Rick Levy, Vice President, joined Access Leasing Corporation in May, 1994. He is responsible for acquiring leased equipment transactions in the secondary market for leased equipment portfolios. Prior to joining Access, Mr. Levy worked for 6 years for Chrysler Capital Corporation where, as Vice President and Manager for Special Projects, he was responsible for acquiring and structuring transactions for Chrysler's own account, as well as the syndication of transactions in the secondary market. Mr. Levy, who has been active in the lease market since 1981, received his MBA from Cornell University.
Andrew Loft Vice-President		Andrew Loft, Vice President, joined Access Leasing Corporation in January, 1993. He is responsible for marketing its residual financing services and developing its activities in the secondary market for leased equipment portfolios. Immediately prior to joining Access, Mr. Loft was Vice President of Financial Institutions at PLM International where he had been employed since 1986 after leaving Marine Midland Bank. Mr. Loft received his B.A. from Trinity College.
Kelly Coulombe Director of Administration		Kelly Coulombe, Director of Administration, joined Access Leasing Corporation in January, 1999. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Ms. Coulombe was also Accounting Manager of Salestar until the sale of that business in December, 2000 and continues to serve this role in its successor company, DSLTester, Inc., a DSL qualification provider. Prior to that, she was employed by RAM Design, a marketing and design firm, as their accountant/office manager. She received her B.A. in Molecular Biology from the University of California at Berkeley.
