From its inception in 1984 through 1993 Access financed its purchases through a series of Access
Equipment, Ltd. limited partnerships of which Access was a general partner. Since 1994 Access has
been investing for its own account. Access Leasing has made residual-oriented investments in
equipment and real estate with an original cost of over two billion dollars. Such assets have included:

Crude oil tankers, product tankers, LNG vessels, offshore supply vessels, Great Lakes dry bulk carriers, chemical tankers, dry and refrigerated marine cargo containers, railcars, piggyback trailers, chassis, commercial aircraft, over-the-road trailers and buses.

GE, Westinghouse and Pratt & Whitney combustion turbines, both combines and single cycle in both baseload and peaking, and various power plants.
Satellite transponders, a wood chipping facility, a chemical storage facility, real estate and various commercial aircraft flight simulators, and other industrial equipment.
