its inception in 1984 through 1993 Access financed its purchases through
a series of Access
Equipment, Ltd. limited partnerships of which Access was a general
partner. Since 1994 Access has
been investing for its own account. Access Leasing has made residual-oriented
investments in
equipment and real estate with an original cost of over two billion

dry bulk carriers, chemical tankers, dry and refrigerated marine
cargo containers, railcars, piggyback trailers, chassis, commercial
